Disney trips, planned with you.

Thinking about a Disney cruise, a Walt Disney World vacation, or both on one trip? Tell me who’s coming and roughly when, and I’ll help you sort through the options and send a written quote from live availability.

Disney vacations

A cruise, the parks,
or both.

Disney Cruise Line

Disney’s own cruise line. I’ll help you compare sailings and stateroom types for your group, explain what the fare covers and what costs extra, and quote from live availability.

Walt Disney World

Disney’s resort in Florida. I can help you work out which hotel, ticket and dining choices suit how your family likes to travel, then quote the pieces together.

Both on one trip

Some families pair a cruise with time at Walt Disney World. I can plan it as one trip, with hotels, flights and transfers in between.

What a travel advisor can help with

One person keeping
track of the details.

Disney trips have a lot of moving parts, especially with a big group. In general terms, this is the kind of thing I help with:

  • Comparing optionsRoom and stateroom types, and how to split your days between a ship and the parks.
  • Rooming a bigger groupKeeping families close together where availability allows, and every household’s booking straight.
  • Keeping track of datesPayment due dates, and the times Disney opens bookings for things like dining.
  • The rest of the tripFlights, hotel nights before or after a cruise, transfers and travel insurance.
  • RequestsCelebrations, dietary needs and accessibility requests, passed on with the booking.
  • Changes and questionsBefore you go and while you’re traveling.

Disney sets its own prices, inclusions and terms, and they can change. Whatever applies to your trip is spelled out in your written quote before you pay.

Who it’s for

Is a Disney trip
a good fit for you?

Probably a great fit if you…

  • Are planning a family trip with kids of different ages
  • Are bringing grandparents, cousins or several households together
  • Are a Disney fan, with or without kids
  • Want someone else to keep track of the details and deadlines

Maybe not if you…

  • Want a quiet, adults-focused getaway
  • Would rather not plan around theme parks or a family-focused ship

If that sounds like you, I’ll say so and suggest a trip that fits better.

Booking with a travel advisor

How it works.

I’m an independent travel advisor and book Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World vacations through host agency Too Much Fun Vacations. You work with one person from first question to the trip home.

Step 1

Send an inquiry

Use the form below, or call or text. Tell me roughly when, who’s coming (including kids’ ages), and whether you’re thinking cruise, Walt Disney World or both.

Step 2

Get a written quote

I check live availability and send the price, what it includes, the deposit, payment dates and cancellation terms for real options.

Step 3

You decide

No pressure, and nothing is charged until you’ve read the quote and said go.

Step 4

I stay on it

Payment dates, booking windows, documents, changes and questions are handled before you go and while you travel.

Disney’s own websites, disneycruise.disney.go.com (opens in a new tab) and disneyworld.disney.go.com (opens in a new tab), have Disney’s current information. I confirm what applies to your trip in the quote.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do you post Disney prices or travel dates?

No. Prices and availability change often, so I quote from live availability instead of posting a list that goes stale. Send me your month, party size and any ideas, and I’ll price real options for you.

Is Cruz Adventures part of Disney?

No. Cruz Adventures is an independent travel advisor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. I book Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World vacations through host agency Too Much Fun Vacations.

Can you plan a Disney cruise and a Walt Disney World stay on the same trip?

Yes. I can quote them together or separately, with hotels, flights and transfers in between, so the whole trip is one plan.

We’re a big family group. Can you help?

Yes. Tell me how many households are coming and the ages of everyone traveling. I’ll suggest how to split rooms or staterooms and keep track of everyone’s bookings and payment dates.

What are the deposit and cancellation terms?

They’re set by Disney and depend on what you book and when you book it. Your written quote lists the deposit, payment dates and cancellation terms that apply to you before you pay anything.

Can you help with flights, hotels, travel insurance and special requests?

Yes. Flights, extra hotel nights and transfers can be added so the whole trip is one plan. I’ll quote travel insurance alongside your trip, and pass celebrations, dietary needs and accessibility requests on with the booking.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

I reply personally, usually by email, with any questions and then a written quote. Sending an inquiry doesn’t book anything or commit you to anything.
